19-Year-Old Marine Laid To Rest

Alabama Madison  Funeral for an Alabama Marine killed in Fort Rucker bus crash will be held today.

MADISON, Ala. (AP) - Funeral services for an Alabama Marine who
died this week will be held today in Madison.
Lance Corporal David Miles died Monday at a Dothan hospital. He
was 19-years-old.
Miles was one of 23 Marines who were injured Sunday when a bus
they were riding in flipped in a curve at Fort Rucker.
He was assigned to Company E, Anti-Terrorism Battalion, 4th
Marine Division which has Reserve units based in Bessemer and
Tallahassee, Florida.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. at Wall Triana Baptist
Church in Madison.
Miles will be buried with full military honors at Huntsville
Memory Gardens on University Drive.
