14 Year Old Charged With Murder

Murder Teenager Mobie County Sheriff's Office arrests a fourteen year-old boy for the murder of a 60 year-old man.

A Fourteen year old boy has been charged with murder. Mobile County Sheriff's Offce says the teen shot 60 year-old Richard Land of Theodore on January 15th. Deputies called to Land's home on Westfield Road found Land being treated by EMS personnel. Land was pronounced dead at the scene. Sheriff's Deputies with the Major Crimes Unit arrested the juvenile at his home in Theodore just before 5:00 O'Clock Thursday evening and brought him to Strickland Youth Center. The Mobile County Sheriff's Office says more details will be released as they become available.

If a gun is used to commit the crime I think that they should make them go into the adult system.
