Lynda Maniscalco paid more than 140 dollars to book her daughter's 7th birthday party on September 13, 2008.
She got a call the day before the big event from an employee saying they had to cancel. She claims that the employee told her the refund was on the way. More than a week later, she's still waiting. Now, no one is answering the phone and the door is chained at the family entertainment center.
