Tropical Storm Ida may not have been a major storm, but it did cause its share of problems - especially in the Florida Panhandle. Several roadways were closed due to flooding or sand. One of those roads was J. Earle Bowden Way (officially State Rd. 399), the roadthat connects Navarre and Pensacola Beach. Now it's back open.
