Tropical Storm Ida Soaks Dauphin Island

DAUPHIN ISLAND, Alabama - Water covered the island's Bienville Boulevard Monday as homeowners prepared for tropical Storm Ida.
The storm has attracted some sightseers to the island.
Police tell news 5 the storm has created some dangerous surf conditions.
Power on the island went out shortly before 6:00pm Monday night.
