Did you guys see the front page article on the shelters? I didn’t know they planned on building a new shelter, that’s good news. The one pic of the dog that is about to be euthanized really looks like he knows it.
Maybe he could smell the other dog in the bag.

PLEASE people get your pets spayed or neutered!! The Spca can assist you if you need financial help. People with medicaid cards can get a cat done for $10 and a dog for $20. This really is the answer to putting all these animals to sleep. There’s too many animals and not enough homes, and they still keep breeding!

I did not get to read the article, but plan to. Someone who cares about the animals as much as I do stated it looked like the animal situation here was finally getting some attention. We can only hope that with more media focus and more concerned citizens to speak out, that we will see some positive changes.
