I want to know where is the justice in our nation for the children? Rebecca McEvoy is the little girl who passed away while awaiting court in Jan.2008 of this year her perpetrator Bob Ingle is still a free man! I saw today on the news that a man had a prior conviction overturned due to this Crawford V' Washington bull crap.I think we all need to write our state & federal congressmen reguarding this law.Everybody has a constitutional right under the 6th amendment but, Crawford Law violates justice for children and people who have been killed everyday.We need to have Crawford amended!!! Crawford takes away every ounce of evidence that people leave behind by eliminating testimonial evidence.Such as Police reports,Counselors,& Medical Personel.What message are we sending? People are free to violate the law even more now! We are telling the perpetrators to kill & violate it's o-kay because, we throw out all the important evidence and set you free to commit more crime! Why not just put a gun in their hand with laws like this I wonder what kind of morals do the people have that create these laws? Rebecca needs national attention because, her case could change a nation if they care to even listen.This is very important to me personally because, this was a precious child who had too much stolen from her and now her memory needs honor & justice just as all the other victims need that are to scared to come forward.This man was a cop and should be held even more accountable for breaking the law he swore to protect! Please, Let's do all we can for this precious baby girl!

When is the court date for this creep? I am praying the court does allow the evidence against him to be used. If he is set free, he WILL do it again.

What is the latest on this case? Has the judge issued a gag order? If I am not mistaken, the judge was considering a gag order to silence Rebecca's family. That precious child needs true justice.
