Is this right? 8 years ago GM stock was at $90. The dollar was worth 1.5 Euro. Today the same share of GM stock is at $11.5. One Euro is worth 1.5 dollars. That means what was once worth $17.60 in GM stock during the Clinton years (in today's dollar) is now worth only $1 after 8 years of Bush?
I am not very smart on these things, so I went to GM on internet. They had lots of truck, large cars and the small cars, who could afford?? Maybe with gas prices, no one is buying trucks and large cars and that is why the value is down. But like l said, I don't know.

I get it, you guys that elected W can't admit that you messed up! It's a proven fact that conservatives can't change. They get upset if they have to take a different rout into town. In this case you messed up really really bad, and it may end up costing this country it's freedom when all is said and done. Maybe God wants to provide a lesson to all those folks that need to learn to admit when they messed up, and how to accept change. It has started by taking away your pickup trucks. For every 25 cent increase in gas, thats a million red-neck pickups taken off the road.

I and most of the people I know will defend our freedom until the gun is pried from my stiff, cold fingers. The liberals who want the government to control everything will try to take our rights and our freedom, but they won't succeed. I read an interesting article about the men who signed the Decleration of Independence and the hell they went through because of it. They lost family, homes, were beaten and berated by the british. I don't need the 4th of July to celelabrate the Declaration of Independence. I read it at least twice a month, every month. Men and woman have been fighting and dying though every year since that day so that not only I but you may voice your opinion. ATBMAN needs to know that the Bush Administration used 911 to push the Patriot Act through Congress. This was the greatest infringements against our civil rights to date. Things you do at home with your partner, decisions about you family, your body should be your decision right? Not if conservatives have their way. I'm truly sorry for anyone that has lost a loved one in this war, I will never know the pain you feel, and can only imagine it would be overwhelming. I also will never feel the pain a child felt, hugging her mother's dead body. I will never feel the level of pain this child felt when she later died from exposure in the Iraqi desert, fleeing an unseen monster, that happened to be a frightened little man living in a big white house in DC that just got way in over his head.
