I read the national news recently where President Bush is going to prosecute one of our soldiers for shooting a copy of the Koran.  Now am i wrong when i say the same people complaining are the ones who have blocked our bibles from their country, burned our flag, harrassed westerners, called us infidels amongst other insults.  Now is the time to stand up and say this is wrong.  This soldier is a sniper, a tough physical and mental profession.  Perhaps he is burned out by multiple rotations to Iraq, or seeing his friends killed by cowards hiding behind that same Koran.  Maybe he used it to motivate himself to shoot straighter for his brothers in arms.  Who knows?  What i know is that the media needs to look into this.  If he is affecting the mission let us show him compassion and understand what is affecting him.  Why prosecute him when we should help him.  In a nation built on christian beliefs and democracy, freedom of expression what are we as a nation letting happen.  President Bush as a proclaimed christian should be ashamed at wanting to crucify this man.  Let us hear about the person in a report.
