Is it not Ridiculous that Alabama is Considering a Ban on smoking before they consider vehicle Emissions Testing Requirements.

Considering the amount of Carbon monoxide in a Cigarette is minuscule compared to what is emitted from the stinky hoopties that are everywhere in Alabama. Because Alabama as no emissions laws for vehicles.

I would much rather be in the car with a carload of smokers than anywhere near one car that is filling the street with throat burning smoke.

There are plenty of much more important things our legislature should be considering,as opposed to passing laws telling PRIVATE business owners how to run there business. In fact, from what has been in the news about the family troubles of the sponser,Vivian Figures,I would think she could find at least one more important thing to look at.Say maybe illegal drugs. The state certainly doesn't mind taking our tax money from the cigarettes, but yet we are not allowed in public with them.Mark my words, when they get done with this issue, they will go after something else.Who knows, foods, soft drinks, trans fats, perfumes?Do we really need this much interference from the government telling us how to run our everyday lives.Land of the free.RIGHT.
