Based on talent I would say David, based on popularity I would say David....whew...that was tough.

Yes, David is very good, but so is David just in a different way. The only thing I know for sure is that I will be very upset if David doesn't win tomorrow night!

Wow, I'm confused! Are ya'll SURE David will win? I mean, it could be....oh yeah, David. It will be funny when they announce the winner. Maybe they will call them by last name first. Otherwise, wouldn't it be a hoot (not really) if they called David, paused and then the one that didn't win, thought it was them? Kinda of like when Natasha Bettingfield wanted to hug David, and the other David stood up?!

Ryan will ride this David vs David for every ounce of drama he can conjure up for sure!

Both of them have already made their mark and will do well from here on out. I bet David A ends up on Broadway and David C will have a hit CD before the year is out.

Loved the way DC did the U2 song. Not sure why everyone is going crazy over DA's song.

I only caught the last 10 minutes tonight, but from the overview at the end, DC rocked! DA was good, but unless he starts singing some more upbeat songs, I see him going the way of Reuben and Taylor. Big names for awhile, but who really listens to them? Either way, both are winners, but I personally see myself listening to DC, unless like I said, DA starts pumping out more upbeat, up to date stuff.

I think the fix was in on this one. Simon wants the kid so he can exploit the teeny bopper demographic. I think DA would make a great Mouseketeer and with a few years of experience he will be belt out show tunes on Broadway. DC could do a record deal tomorrow.

I agree Bamabob. But unless DA is singing songs the kids are going to listen to, he will go nowhere, Idol winner or not. I know my 13 and 15 year old daughters think he is sooooo cute and all, but really, unless it plays on WABB or TK101, they probably wouldn't listen. Without air time, no CD sales and downward spiral.

Remember how we had McFever and the Soul Patrol? They both sang beautifully, but honestly, I have not heard a single song from either of them since the season was over(on the stations I listen to, anyway). So I am not sure if they play on the light mix or oldies stations or what. And it will be your top stations, giving the air time that will make or break them, I think. I hear Jordin , Chris Daughtry and Kelly Clarkson all the time. I hear Kelly Pickler alot too, and have even heard one of her songs cross over to WABB before (I think).
