I built a new home on a canal attached to Little Lagoon after Ivan destroyed my old one.
Part of that decision was based on having boat access to the Gulf.

I have been waiting to learn where the responsibility lies in regard to opening the pass.
Now that I find it is the State DOT I am hopeful that we will get some action.

Does anyone know if there is an organization in this area which monitors and works toward
improvements in the quality of Little Lagoon?
