I have been talking with the Technicians at Direct-TV and they are telling me that in order to get HDMI Service from your Station - WKRG-TV5 in Mobile, I will have to get your Station to let them know that you do transmit in HDMI. I have checked and none of the stations WEAR,WSRE,WKRG, WALA plus the remaining few stations don’t transmit in HDMI (High Definition Multlmedia Interface).  If this is factual will please confirm this since almost all shoes state that they are in HDMI and 5.1 Surround Sound.

Is there anyway for you to Communicate with Direct TV and let them know that your station does transmit in HDMI format.

Any Assistance with This Matter will be Greatly Appreciated.
