Does anyone know who I need to contact to get my number off this service? We don't get our call until an hour after all the bad weather has passed, so for us it's more of an annoyance than anything else. Most of our storms seem to come in the middle of the night and just as it gets quiet and we finally get to sleep, our phone rings.

Don't get me wrong, I think it's a great idea, but the timing is way off for us.
