I just was wondering how many other electric companies, besides Baldwin EMC, have planned to request an additional deposit to any of their current customers.  According to the letters sent out, if you are one of the unlucky customers that have struggled, and had to pay your bill late, or been disconnected in the past 12 months, you will be required to pay over $300.00 additional deposit for continued service.  They plan to start this March 1, 2008.  I am worried about the elderly, disabled, and all the other struggling families.  What can be done to fix this???

Cool..  I lived (with my parents) for three years in Northern Ireland, Londonderry. A wonderful place to live when your’e a young teenager.  Then when I went into the Airforce I spent three years in Germany. Loved that as well. When I wasn’t at work you were hard put to find me on the base. I got a ten-speed and when I had time off I was someplace other than an American militrary base.
You’ll love it over there… Good luck…
