Does anyone have a copy of the Catfish Junction Hush Puppy and sauce recipes that were given out during the Mardi Gras day parade coverage?

I would also like this recipe for the hush puppies and the cheese sauce.  I did not have time to write it down, and I thought I could get it on your website with the other recipes.  Please put it on the list.  Thanks

Since no one has replied to the posting I’m wondering if they really gave out the recipe as they stated at the beginning of the Mardi Gras day parade coverage. If you have the recipe please share. Thank You! grin

While I was dining at Catfish Junction, I inquired about the recipe.  I was told that it had been given out at Mardi Gras, but it was a one time thing.
