I took my 4 kids to the civic center. when we got there we had to pay 15 to park there was no where else to park. they are ripping people off and i will be calling some one and going to get my money back. at least 10 of it. it is a bunch of bull——that we have to pay that much to see a parade. that only 1 went through.  i want my money back.  if any one else paid that much i want you to call and complain to. i dont think they should charge us that much to park. last year it was 3 to 5 dollars to pak which i think that was fare but not 15.

If you didn’t want to pay that much, why did you?  You could have drove away and looked for something a little cheaper.  Most rates in peoples private yards or public areas is $5.  You paid for location.  If you wanted to be right in the middle of that barnyard entertainment, you must pay the price they ask.

You did get ripped off. I parked at the civic center this year and only paid $5. Maybe the attendant was pocketing the rest. Maybe they charge more if you get there late. It is a mystery.
