Apparently some people take everything at "face value" and do not know the meaning of facetous; but, one thing that did come from the post subsequent to mine this a.m. is now Lindajoe has decided that the mother is to blame for the monster having the children in his care. (LJ, before you deny it check out your own post #30). Igjoms, I'm glad at least you got my point.

Bottom line. The babies are the ones who suffered, the mother is suffering and Lam is settling in for the night right about now...keeping warm, receiving "free" room and board as well as medical treatment if needed.

I know there is three sides to this story which is...hers, his and the truth. We must stick to the facts in this case as well as other cases. I do agree with one posting the comment about what ever happen to the word "Speedy Trail"? I don't feel like we need to take eleven month, but he's do back in court March 5th.

Lam's attorney will probably feel like he won't receive a fair trail here...and let's just pray the judge will not allow this case to be heard in another state...it will just cost us tax payers more money. But I have a bad feeling since the judge awarded him a translator, but can SPEAK and UNDERSTAND English...he will be moved to another state.

No one...including myself, should point any fingers before gathering and hearing ALL the facts, but I am human and I just can't see, (maybe because I am a human being)...throwing four babies off a bridge. I wonder now...what was he thinking in-between each throwing of each baby?

Apparently some people can not see pass there nose,who do you think should be responsible?Mothers and fathers are suppose to be responsible for there children, I worked when my kids were little and they were with there responsible father!Do you really think now they should have been there dads care?A lady across the Bay got put in jail tonight because her little 2 year was out in the street and almost got ran over! There are ,laws to protect the children,I bet if DHR had new her husband was on drugs they would have removed the children to bad none of the family turned him in,If I WOULD HAVE KNEW THESE PEOPLE AND KNEW HE WAS ON DRUGS i WOULD HAVE TURN THEM IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I said what I would have done if I had a husband on drugs I thank God ever day for that,so there mr. nuff

There seems to be one thing(maybe more than one) that people are forgetting here and that is that this family has been raised in a culture that is foreign to us. We have been blessed to be born and raised in a country where freedoms and laws exsist to protect us. But, there are cultures all of the world where traditions have been passed down for 100's or 1000's of years that would make us uncomfortable in our own skins. Soooo.... until you've walked a mile in her shoes... I believe in our justice system, but even if our justice system failed he would still have to answer to the God I pray to every night. And I pray every night that this woman will be able to go on.

I agree Lindajoe, our country is going down, and it's because of drugs, and because the government has taken GOD out of the schools, and the Ten Commandments out of the Courtrooms. Shame on them! Anytime GOD is taken out of the schools,etc, corruption sets in. (Bible Reference: II Chronicles 7:14.) (It seems like drugs are easy to get, because it's everywhere.) Parents be a friend to your children, and teach them about these harmful things at home. Be a friend to them, and then they will be a friend to you.
P.S. The Ten Commandments are guidelines for daily life.

I think he should be given the same kind of treatment that he gave them babies. I myself feel like he needs a couple of cement blockes chained to him and thrown from the bridge. I can not imagine what them babies went through as they have one of the main people in there lives that they trusted. God bless these little angels. This guy is a Monster. I can not believe that he was even gave any rights to begin with to have ever had phone privilages. My Goodness don't our local law enforcement feel like this family has had enough. God bless this mom; I think that he should have never been allowed not one phone call much less to have called there several times and actually want cigerettes. I hope he is tortured to death. Sick Monster he is.

bobcat, I am with you on this one. I also log in to mobileso website and I see everyday how people are arrested for not taking care of their business. We are wasting jail space, housing, clothing and providing county money for people who OMG didn't pay their parking tickets. I saw one man that was arrested for an outstanding fine for an expired tag. I happen to know that subsequently that man, in jail, told them he had seizures and they put him on the top bunk. He fell off the top bunk and became a parapalegic. That subsequently cost the county $1,500,000.00. One mil for the law suit and half mil for the medical bills. And, he eventually died from his injuries. Keep your eyes on the prize the little bitty stuff will render you unable to tackle the bigger issues. Real criminals.
