for "only" raising $2.3 million in private donations so far for their new facilities-- while airport and sports managers collect nothing at all for theirs and then send virtually the whole bill to homeowners via yearly prop. tax and utility increases(over $10 million). Learning and knowledge are low priorities here, apparently. :bug:
