How awful. Any idea how many jobs will be cut? I can only imagine the stress all the employees are feeling right now.

Why do these things always seem to happen right at the holidays?

Okay, I'm confused. After reading Frog's post, I saw an article in the newspaper that Vanity Fair is adding 200 jobs at their Monroeville plant after closing a distribution center in Texas.

What's going on?

Why are you crying? Southamerican workers have been coming to america for fifty years learning how to perform these occupations. Every manufacturing and production job is being infiltrated with these foreign workers so they can take the knowledge back home. This knowledge is being used to teach new workers the skills needed so business can move to south america. South america is rapidly catching up to our country in manufacturing and production line jobs. Soon we will start seeing more products for there but donot expect to be able to buy them because youre going to have to learn a new skill to find work.
