I am an older college student at Bishop. The other day while I was leaving one of my classes... I looked into the teacher parking lot where I have to walk to get to my next class... and there were a group of boys, one of which was bent over a car talking to somone with ALL of his underwear showing. I think it should definately be a law where you cannot show your undergarments in public... it is rediculous!!! I don't care to see your behind or your underwhere.. I am glad I didnt have a couple of my kids with me. I think it is terrible that I should have had to see all of that... I am going to complain to the dean of students and the school ... to see about making it school policy to ban this practice.....

My understanding is the fad of the saggy baggy pants actually came from prisons, thats how "available" men advertised to others who were looking for sex..I wonder if these people who walk around like this have ever wondered where this comes from..
Personally I think its stupid and dumpy looking. When I see these people walking spraddle legged and having to hold up thier pants with thier hands just so they can walk and not trip themselves..Makes you just want to yell....PULL UP YOUR DARN PANTS!!!
