I am having a problem changing avatars. I have checked the file sizes of the various ones I would like to use as well as the size of the pics and they fall within the stated requirments. However they are not used by the system when they are uploaded. Since I don't get an error message I don't know whats wrong with them.

What's even stranger is that I have one pic that when I upload it, the system reverts back to a previous pic that I had used.

Can you take a look at the system and see if there are any internal error messages that would give me a clue as to what's wrong with the pics I would like to use?

Thanks...

Thanks David,

I did upload the new avatar, a JPG file and it showed up fine. I then uploaded another one, but it did not show: It also was a JPG file.

I tried several other pics as well and either the system wouldn't display it, delayed showing it, or reverted to the first one that I uploaded this evening. Strange....

It's been about 30 or 40 minutes since I posted the above. While replying to another thread in another forum I saw that the last avatar I uploaded was being used. Now that is really strange!

It could be the way you have your Browser setup to deal with page cache. if you have issues again try clearing your cache or set your browser to refresh every visit to the page.
