fuel cost will effect so much not only gas i worry about the elderly trying to stay cool or warm the single parent trying to raise a child alone

i just found this on cnn its all starting to come together about the stock market along with some other things

...$9 per gallon (U.S.D.) over there. They would be HAPPY to pay $4 per gallon. They

sorry razorsharp

in europe the free healthcare they receive is paid for with gasoline revenue i still have to pay for mine
so i wouldnt even compare europe with us its sad like i said unless the oil companies are made to compete we are in deep dodo all services and taxes will have to go up to cover higher expense as a result of higher fuel cost look at boeing when they were made to compete the military and the us taxpayer came out to the better

oil supply is not the problem look at the gulf of mexico out our back door but mobile is the highest in the state for fuel prices nope the only solution is to break up these big oil companies take away their tax breaks and they will only stick it to us more

Maybe it should become a public utility like gas, water and electricity that would be regulated by local and national agencies.

no make them compete watch those prices come down they will be trying to get your business not taking advantage of every little thing to raise the price i dont care what anyone says its all about wall street and those poor independent truckers having to buy diesel they are really having a hard time after clinton allowed the big oil companies to merge and prices went up he opened the reserves to cover his butt but president bush cant because of the war on terror and wall street knows this we are in deep doddo it will take a long time to come up with alternative fuel

Topped off my tank this morning for the grand total of $49.50. A little under 14 gallons of petrol.

One thing for sure, I will not be letting my tank get lower than half a tank between fill-up's, because my heart could not stand that shock! Something about watching the gallon dial slowly grinding around while the dollar dial is spinning faster than a Democrat during a presidential election really bothers me!

in europe their fuel is measured by liters not gallons and yes they have free health care as a result of taxes on fuel but we do not and the smaller cars did nothing to bring down higher fuel prices we are not spoiled in america most people work very hard for what they have i am tired of the spoiled myth most americans are now working 2 jobs just to survive

France Euro - - 1.323 this is per liter for reg unlead now it takes about 4 liters to equal a gallon so they are also paying for free health care but we are not
