I am very scared and upset for the community in Oakdale (between Michigan Avenue/Broad Street). A group of people who call themselves “Anointed Deliverance Ministry Rehab” are leasing a building owned by the Mobile County Public School System in a residential area, which is highly populated with children. The City of Mobile did not inform the Oakdale Community about these individuals needing rehabilitation, coming to live among them. There are licensed home daycares, schools, bus stops for children and hard working homeowners in the immediate vicinity, who are faced with watching this disaster slowly manifest itself into something horrible. These individuals stand outside of this building and smoke cigarettes, while small children
are walking home. Rehabilitation works for some people, but taking a chance on a person who could possibly be a child molester or worse, is to high of a price to pay, when it comes to children.

I agree/ They should have some “zoning” ordinance about this. Even though its “religious” just something for a tax break for those already getting all the breaks!
