RESCUE..RECOVERY..and..VOLUNTEERS..I would like to take a minute to thank all of these "Special People" who are and have been working so hard in these difficult conditions to recover these children. Like most situations it takes an accident or tragedy like this one to recognize the people we count on everyday. I don't know what we would do without you. Thank you.

I'd like to add my thanks and appreciation for the searchers. I cannot imagine how difficult your task was, especially those of you with children at home. God bless you for giving so much of your time, effort, and soul. You are all heroes.

I understand that this group operates on a volunteer basis and I believe I heard at one point that most of their 2008 budget (fuel, boat upkeep, etc) would probably be spent on this rescue. I'd like to suggest that we remember to donate to the Sheriff's Flotilla to keep these heroes "afloat". We never know when we may have to call on them again.

The news today, although very sad, filled me with an overwhelming sense of relief. I would have hated for this poor mother to spend the rest of her days wondering what happened to little Hannah, on top of the tremendous grief she will have to endure over the loss of her four children.

To the searchers: what an unbelievable job you did. The country is grateful for all of your efforts to bring closure to this mother and her family in what has been a horrific experience. For the past two weeks, you have not wavered and stayed true to your mission of finding all the children. We will never be able to thank you enough for all of your efforts. Also, many thanks to all the local people, including the cemetery that donated the plots, in standing by this family in their hour of need. God will be watching over you for your kindness and compassion.

As far as Lam Luong is concerned, I wouldn't worry about him too much. There's a reason they put that bulletproof vest on him. He can't be watched and isolated all the time. Judgment will come, it always does, and he should pray that it is merciful and swift.

Now that the four innocent babies have all been found, may they rest in peace together.

I agree with what everyone else has said, that all the searchers deserve a big thank you. As the proud wife of a police officer, I would just like to suggest that we don’t let these thanks fall by the wayside. Please take a moment out of your time when you see one of these fine men/women employed in community service to tell them thank you and what a fine job they do ALL THE TIME! That includes not only law enforcement, but fire/rescue and EMT’s as well. And also, if you are able, please donate to the flotilla or local police/fire organizations.

And I thank the families of these men and women too. God Bless you all!

I would like to give my voice of praise to the men and women who worked so hard to bring the babies home also. I know there have been some monies donated lately to the sheriff's Flotilla but we need to set aside a day and have a county wide fund raiser for this organization. So the whole community can really say thank you. How about it?
