Let's see....we have a witness who saw the monster with the children on the bridge, another shortly after saw him without the children (on the other side of the bridge getting gas), a confession, 4 bodies positively identified . . .yet, Mr. Tyson "hopes" to bring him to trial by the end of the year (11 months). What more "investigation" needs to be done? What ever happened to a "speedy trial"? Oh, wait, this is John Tyson we're talking about - the criminal's best friend!

I'm starting to think theres more to this story,there is something just not right about all this,think about it peoplemaybe this investigation does need to go on they might find out more,I know he is guility but who eles might be?Some thing lead up to all this and it all needs to be looked into,slow down and let Mr. Tyson do his job

Lindajoe maybe you do have a point that there's more to this; maybe society let him down, maybe his drug dealer wanted him to pay, maybe his mommy didn't love him enough, maybe he had a rough childhood, maybe he was "temporarily insane", maybe he didn't know that the children would die when he threw them off the bridge, maybe, maybe, maybe. Did I leave out any of the pop psychology reasons to excuse evil? If so, please enlighten me.

Dear Mr. Tyson,I believe in our" Justice System" and I trust "You and the Judge" to do your jobs for those four precious children. The monster that took their lives should have to look at the pictures of what they looked like when they were first found and pulled out of their watery graves for the REST OF HIS LIFE !! All this time I've been waiting for someone to post Lam's blame due to a bad childhood, maybe he was jealous of the children or he didn't get the love and attention he deserved. CUT THE BULL ####! Four precious babies are dead and he knew they couldn't swim! Besides, the fall alone would have killed them! He had time to think about what he was doing or going to do...and did it! When the mother told him she didn't have anymore money to give him, her brother told a spokesperson that she (mother) was going to get what she deserved. So he did know what he was going to do before he did it. Someone saw him on the bridge and then he went into the gas station on the island and begged for gas money to get back to Mobile, and so he was thinking how he was going to get somewhere, and he had to think clearly enough to know that he had to have gas in a vehicle to move the D### thing...and he didn't have the children in the vehicle when he drove onto the island. When are the Psychologist going to start allowing their patients to take blame for their own actions. Let me guess...NEVER! The S.O.B. came to the states when his ass was 14 years old for a better life. You have two choices in life...and that is: You can make a good choice or a bad choice. There isn't ANY EXCUSE for killing these babies!

We're getting off the subject of these precious babies Ryan, Hannah, Lindsey and baby Danny, but what society needs to know is that you can't blame others for your own problems in life. You have to take ALL the negative and make something positive happen.

No one has said it was due to his childhood except you! your the first, what I was trying to get across is there has to be some thing wrong with a mother who would let any one babysit are ride her kids around knowing there a crack- head,would you? I would not,I would take my babies and go into hiding.The paper said page 4A Jan 10 He has a history of crack- cocaine,I feel sorry for her she will never see her children again, but I feel more sorry for the children, If he had a history of taking drugs and was not working then some one was buying them for him, and someone sold him drugs so what do think?do you think they might be a little are alot guilty! I have 3 children and none of them do drugs,and if they did I would get them are put them some where,its a hard lesson to learn but at a human brain on drugs its not the same,I thank God and myself that my kids do not do drugs nor do I.
