FORT PIERCE, Fla. (AP) - Authorities say a Fort Pierce woman
called 911 three times after McDonald's employees told her they
were out of Chicken McNuggets.
Police say 27-year-old Latreasa L. Goodman went to McDonald's
last week and ordered a 10-piece. She told police that it was an
emergency because she wouldn't have paid for the McNuggets if she
knew they didn't have any. She said employees refused to give her a
refund, saying all sales were final. A cashier told police she
offered Goodman a larger portion of different food for the same
price, but Goodman became irate.
Police report that Goodman was issued a notice to appear on a
misuse of 911 charge.
A current phone listing to seek comment from Goodman could not
be found.

Theft is not misuse lazy jack*** cops has any1 thought of having a better business bureau with some actual power over the crappy service you get sometimes. It would solve a lot of these problems and create some more honest and ethical business’s again.

I’d like a HOT cup of coffee to spill in my lap while I wait for my NoNuggets.. kaching

I think you should have called 911 then you could have been in the national news! lol

A similar situation happened to me regarding some coffee.  I ordered coffee through the drive-thru at the McDonald’s across from Toomey’s on Government Street. It was old and almost cold.  I asked for my money back.  The cashier said she could make me some fresh coffee.  I told her I was in a hurry and could not wait.  Just give me a refund.  They kept by $20 for about 3-4 minutes.  I honked the horn and asked her “does it take that long to refund me a $1.  She offered me something else instead of the refund.  I explained to her that I would have waited for the coffee, if I had wanted to wait.  Where’s my refund?  The cashier stated she was new.  New my eye!  I said just give me 2 bags of McDonald’s cookies.  She give them to me and my refund appeared simultaneously.  Now, what do you think of that?  Dee

They robbed her! How is that a MISUSE OF 911??

She gave them MONEY for MCNUGGETS, they would not give her the McNuggets or her money back. That’s robbery!!!!!

Assuming that I ate Chicken McNuggets, WHICH I DON’T, and I’d paid for them, and they not gave me my money back when they were out. They would have been calling 911 on ME after I snatched the manager across the McCounter, and gave him/her a McRedneck butt whooping! All sales are final my foot! If they don’t have it, and they sold it to you/me, it’s there problem. It’s not like she ate 7 of them, and said they tasted horrible, which they do, and requested a refund!!

When she made the order, they should have told her ” We are out” can I get you something eles?

She is not the first to call 911 over fast food.  Where are they getting that idea?  But then again, who do you call if you feel like a restaurant has just ripped you off?

I agree with her being mad..if its true about them not offereing a refund…..As for calling 911…That alone makes her a moron…

I saw this woman on Fox this morning and she came across like a rational, bright woman.  Go figure….
