Woman Charged For Teaching Kids To Shoplift

Florida Teacher  The Florida woman showed 4 kids how to hide clothes and ran when the group was confronted by investigators.

LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. (AP) - Lee County authorities say a
24-year-old Lehigh Acres woman taught children how shoplift then
abandoned them when the group was stopped.
Latoya Bradley was jailed on charges of contributing to the
delinquency of a minor, child cruelty and larceny petit theft.
An investigator said Bradley walked into a Lehigh Acres store
with four children and showed a 12-year-old how to hide clothes
underneath the other youngsters. Bradley fled the scene when the
investigator confronted the children. She was later arrested.
A Department of Children and Families spokeswoman said her
agency will also investigate.

I had this same situation once while working in a retail store. The woman had taught her kids to put clothing items into the baby stroller. She then became irate with us when we confronted her and made all kinds of wild accusations. We had it all on video though, so she really couldn’t deny it.
