
38-year-old Sheila Langman was orginally arrested in October on the sex charges. When she was released on bond, Langman was given a GPS monitoring device and ordered stay away from the teenage victim and not to have unsupervised contact with any minors.
On Friday, the Sheriff's Office received a GPS alarm indicating Langman was near the victim's house. When deputies spotted Langman's car in the area and pulled her over, they found the 15-year-old victim in her car.
Langman was arrested for violating her conditions of release. She's also charged with interference with child custody and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
