Pensacola Police say 19-year-old Timothy John Stallworth, of Pensacola, is wanted for attempted robbery, aggravated battery and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Twenty-one year-old Leroy Murphy, of Pensacola, told detectives he was outside an apartment on West Belmont Street smoking a cigarette when two men approached him and began talking to him. Murphy told police Stallworth then ran up to the three men, pulled out a gun, pointing it at Murphy demanding money. Murphy says he did not give Stallworth any money and was shot in the arm and chest when he pushed the gun away from him. Stallworth and the other two males fled the scene. Murphy ran to a Family Dollar store across the street on N. Pace Blvd where he called 911 from a pay phone. The Pensacola Police Department is asking anyone with information on Stallworth's whereabouts to call them at 435 - 1900.
