PENSACOLA, Fla. (AP) - A judge has postponed two more
arraignments in the double-murder case of a Florida Panhandle
couple known for adopting many children with special needs.

Judge Michael Jones on Friday delayed court proceedings for Frederick Thornton and Gary Sumner, two
of the eight people charged in the home-invasion deaths of Byrd and
Melanie Billings. Court proceedings for four others were delayed
Thursday.

Prosecutors will ask a grand jury next week to indict the group
for first-degree murder, which could allow them to seek the death
penalty.

Investigators are also talking to a ninth man who had business
dealings with Byrd Billings. The man was arrested Thursday on
unrelated theft charges, but investigators have said they are
interested in his connection to the July 9 home invasion.

I have an idea let them all out on bond and we want have to go thru a trial, because the Mexican Mofia will get to them 1st.  They probably wouldn’t even post bond (scared).

Mexican Mofia?  Have Pensacola police known about this group?  or is the new news to Pens police? If they new about the mofia why haven’t they been watching them?  A whole lot of questions have come up this murder. Alot of suspensions?

I just saw on tonights NBC lineup that they will have something on it on Dateline.Might be worth watching.

Complicated….... someone had to think there was a lot of money involved for that many people to go after that couple.

There could well be more to this than is generally known. The one I heard was that this Cab Tice either borrowed or stoled $50,000 from these Mexicans and they wanted money, one way or the other.I also heard he had stolen money or cars from one of the billings businesses before this.I guess we’ll have to wait and see what comes out but at this time is seems this Cab Tice is in hot water.

The story I watched had to do with that Cab Tice dude.  He makes regular trips to Mexico and Columbia.  Very suspicious, but not enough to tie it all together.

I didn’t see that program but I’ve heard that for about two weeks back now.10 or 11 people thrown under the bus isn’t anything new for those guys, just to make an example of.This could reach across the border before it’s through.

I saw the sheriff on some cable network show over the weekend and he mentioned that.  Didn’t see the whole interview, but it had to do with the business partner borrowing money from those types.

Maybe we shouldn’t even be talking about it if they are involved in it!

Now that would be a twist!
