Trouble With Underwear Exposure Law

Florida Law Is it constitutional to be fined or even arrested for wearing pants that hang too low? Sagging law is being debated in one Florida town.

RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. (AP) - A judge in Riviera Beach has ruled a
city law banning sagging pants is unconstitutional in the case of a
17-year-old who spent a night in jail for having his underwear
exposed.
Palm Beach Circuit Judge Paul Moyle said Monday that the law is
unconstitutional "based on the limited facts" of the case.
Authorities charged Julius Hart last week when an officer
spotted him riding his bicycle with 4 to 5 inches of boxer shorts
sticking out of his pants.
In Riviera Beach, a first offense for sagging pants carries a
$150 fine or a requirement of community service. Habitual offenders
face the possibility of jail time.
Hart's lawyer, Carol Bickerstaff, said she wants the city to
drop the law.

I’m no legal expert but isnt the fact that men can wear speedos and women can wear bikini’s (which are much more revealing) in most outdoor areas a factor that could cause a conflict in such a law? besides that some folks wearing them are downright offensive to the eye! Officer arrest that flopping cellulite mess of a woman with her 2 kids, quick before I spew!

I think these sorry low-lifes just like the attention. If we completely ignored them we would probably be better off. As long as they are getting attention they will keep doing this. They think it is cool because their fellow thugs do it and it annoys us normal people.

So, after reading everyones responses here, I can tell that we all are equally offended by this type of display. Perhaps there is something that we can all do about it though. The next time you see one of these individuals with their underwear showing, simply point at them and start laughing…LOUDLY. If you see someone doing this, join them at laughing at these morons. Perhaps a large crowd will gather, pointing and laughing, hopefully humiliating the individual. The last time I checked, there is no law against pointing and laughing. Repeat…Enjoy!
