Teacher Sentenced For Having Sex With Four Teenage Boys

Florida Sex Danielle Jones a middle school science teacher has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for having sex with four teenage boys including two of her former students. She had faced up to life in prison.

BARTOW, Florida - (AP) - A central Florida teacher has been sentenced
to 10 years in prison for having sex with four teenage boys.
A Polk County jury in August had found 33-year-old Danielle
Jones guilty of five counts of lewd battery and three counts of
unlawful sexual activity with a minor. She was sentenced Tuesday.
Prosecutors said the boys were 14 to 16 years old when they had
sex with the middle school science teacher. Two of them were her
former students.
Jones had faced a possible life sentence, but Circuit Judge
Donald Jacobsen said he was willing to impose a lesser sentence
because the four boys were willing participants.
Jones also will have to serve 15 years of sex offender
probation.

You were never a 15yr old boy, were you. Most young man at that age would sell his soul for sex. Sorry, fact of life. You can talk all you want to, hormones will win.

Three years older and they can be killing people for the Army. This should not even be news.

I agree Kx. That goes for the boys and the girls. I guess we should be thankful she didn’t end up pregnant and on welfare though.

O.K..This woman gets a stiff sentence and Debra LaFave got what? Not only having sex with a minor,but violating her probation,got out of her house arrest early.I think this woman should appeal her case and claim the Judge gave her this “stiff” sentence because she is unattractive.

It’s just as “discusting” that the boys were willing participants! At ages 14-16 they shouldn’t be having sex with ANYONE…even their own age! This is why it is so important for parents to have open dialog with their children about sex. When you have one talk about where babies come from, or you say “just don’t do it” that’s not enough! If these boys had been talked to in length about sex and LOVE, maybe they wouldn’t have been “willing participants” in this whole deal!

It’s a tad rediculous that you cant send your kids to school anymore without having to worry about if they are going to have sex with the teacher… this is discusting
