The Escambia County Sheriff's Office conducted a prostitution sting Monday night in the Brownsville area of Pensacola.

Deputies made 15 arrests - twelve men for solicitation and three women for prostitution.

Last week, Sheriff David Morgan announced he will send letters to the wives of men who are charged with soliciting prostitutes.

I don’t think some of you read the article. The men were soliciting and the women were prostituting. There’s a difference.

Of course, none of them would have been my choice regardless.

The surprising thing is that if those are mugshots taken after the arrest, all those guys look sober. Blind drunk might be a reasonable excuse, but SOBER?

If these guys were prostituting themselves, I doubt the whole group could put together a quarter after their efforts.
