PENSACOLA, Florida - The body of 25 year old Samira Watkins was recovered from Bayou Grande Tuesday. Watkins told relatives last Thursday she was going to meet with the father of her unborn baby. She was never heard from again.

Family members gathered at her Mother's home after getting the news Police had identified her body after it washed ashore at Navy point, just north of NAS Pensacola.

"She was a sweet-going woman," says Watkins' cousin, Clarissa Joseph. "She was always happy, she was working at McDonald's. She was in school. She was doing good for herself."

Police say jet-skiers discovered the body in the water of Bayou Grande. Assistant Chief Chip Simmons says they suspect foul play. Family members said she dropped off her five year old son with them last Thursday and said she was going to meet with the father of her unborn baby. She was about two months pregnant they said. Police say they have questioned the father but so far, no arrests have been made.

"I want to tell him that if he did this, God's going to punish you, not for only one person, but two people," Joseph said.

Police are also continuing to search for Watkins' 1997 red Ford Taurus.
