OCALA, Fla. (AP) - Authorities are still trying to identify a
baby who was found abandoned in a box in Ocala.
Police hope someone will come forward if they recognize the baby
girl, whose picture was released Monday.
Police said a driver reported finding the baby Saturday in a
cardboard box beside a dirt road. A spokeswoman for the Department
of Children and Families says the baby is in good health but did
suffer several ant bites.
Doctors say the baby was less than a week old when found. She
was taken to a hospital for observation and later placed into the
custody of the Department of Children and Families.

Here is a poem for the Baby
Here is My poem for the Baby
Will some one Please Adopt me so I and
youi take me to school and to the zoo
to comfort all my fears and wipe away my tears
when I fall I know that the you will be the Doctor I call.
to show love as gentle as a dove.
as I know that you are a angle sent from above.
Mommy Mmommy Daddy Daddy
I will be the best Daughter you ever had.
and make proud when I Guulation woo the crowd so the crowd will shout and chant my name out loud.

I don’t want to be here my my self.

And when I get old and have to be Burried.

I will see you in heaven.

I can’t believe you guys are arguing over caps when the real issue here is the fact that someone left a BABY on the side of a road!  The person who did this is sick and twisted and needs to be found.

When it suits you then it’s okay to use caps. Maybe the other person felt their comment was really important as well. What gives you the right to decide what is important and what isn’t? The terms and coditions specifically ask not to use all capital letters.

I didn’t type in all caps. Just the really really really important paragraph about not throwing away babies. If you think instructions about what to do with unwanted babies does not warrent “shouting” then, well, you’re sick.

Looks like someone else should take their own advice about the use of capital letters.

KxVicious I agree. Almost all hospitals today have the no questions asked policy when it comes to handing your baby over. They started that law because of exactly what happened here. They do not want anyone having an “excuse” of doing something as inhumane as this person did. You just go to the hospital and hand it over, they do not ask you your name or ask you why. So money is no excuse for what was done here, I mean on the side of a dirt road? The baby is lucky someone found her. Why don’t we go shove whoever did this on the side of a dirt road in a box taped shut and pray no one finds them. Some of the people that really want kids and would make great parents medically can not even have kids and here is someone that apparently has no heart or no soul just having a baby and tossing it out like day old trash. Trust me if you have a baby and can not take care of it there are people that would love to have it and raise it as their own.

“(Please do not use all Capital letters in your comment.)”

YOU ARE A BEAUITFUL BABY WHO WILL LIGHT UP THE WORLD.

Butterflykisser, hang outside the planned parenthood office and offer to pay pregnancy and birth expenses to some of those teenage mothers.

My friend Erin found a couple that adopted her “oops” baby that way. They send her a Christmas card with updates each year.
