A Pensacola businessman questioned tonight in the murders of Byrd and Melanie Billings has been arrested.After talking to Henry "Cab" Tice about the Billings murder, deputies arrested 61 year old Tice.
But, they tell WKRG News 5, the charge is unrelated to the murders.
Tice, who owns the Hispanic American Auto is charged with grand theft over ten thousand dollars related to dealings with Byrd Billings' business, Worldco Financial Services.
The charge is related to a criminal investigation that started in May of 2008.
