The Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office rearrested Randy Riesel Monday night and charged him with murder after the alleged victim, Charles May II died at the hospital
May had been at Sacred heart Hospital since the September 16th attack. He never regain consciousness. May's family decided on Saturday to take him off life support.
The medical examiner determined May died from blunt force trauma.
A witness to the attack says may never fought back and that Riesel punched, kicked, slapped, and stomped May's body, head and groin while he was unconscious.
