Niceville Man Arrested In Beating Death

Florida Murder A witness says Randy Riesel punched kicked slapped and stomped the victim's body head and groin while he was unconscious.

Charges have been upgraded against a Niceville man police say beat a man, knocking him unconscious.

The Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office rearrested Randy Riesel Monday night and charged him with murder after the alleged victim, Charles May II died at the hospital

May had been at Sacred heart Hospital since the September 16th attack. He never regain consciousness. May's family decided on Saturday to take him off life support.

The medical examiner determined May died from blunt force trauma.

A witness to the attack says may never fought back and that Riesel punched, kicked, slapped, and stomped May's body, head and groin while he was unconscious.

I know this sorry excuse for a human being. This DOES NOT surprise me in the slightest. He is a very violent and ‘fly off the handle’ type of person. Very unreasonable and stupid. A THUG!!!!!!! I also know the man he killed who didn’t have a mean bone in his body. REMIIIII I hope they kill you for doing this to Dave, Tina and their children!!! I remember the first time I ever saw this idiot walking the streets like a hood rat and I knew he was a piece of ____ then!!!! Tina…if you read this…....I’m real sorry this happened to you . Dave did not deserve to die especially at the hands of this sorry animal. I’ll be praying for you. I wish you all the best and JUSTICE!!! GOD BLESS

Hello, I did not intentionally perse’ drag his mother into this and quite frankly I have two sons and would be totally upset for the victim and my sons well being. I was just showing my age. Back in the day there was a slogan, don’t go out and do anything that your mother wouldn’t be proud of.. or else. The intention was, when you got home momma would beat you senseless while you were begging forgiveness. My bad, times have changed and parents often don’t have as much control as they once did.

Why should we drag his mama into this? Im pretty sure she is mortified enough already. Im also pretty sure she didn’t hold a gun to his head and force him to brutally murder this other guy. No mother would want that for their children…I feel sorry for her if anything…having a hoodrat for a son…now he’s a murdering hoodrat. Well, just one more convict for my tax dollars to feed, clothe, and lodge….whatever happened to capital punishment again?? Thought so…
