Police have arrested the mother of two Gulf Breeze High School students for showing up at her kids' school with guns.
According to police, the woman walked into the school this morning and and made a complaint. She then went back out to her car, followed by a school resource officer.
Police say the mother started to put on a trench coat and put a gun in her pocket. After a brief struggle, the school resource officer was able to handcuff her.
A second gun was found in her truck.
Police are not sure why the mother had the weapons or what she planned on doing with them. Today is the 10th anniversary of the Columbine High school massacres when two seniors killed 12 students and a teacher.
