Air Force Pilots Make Hard Landing In Alabama

Florida Alabama  A PC-12 from the 1st Special Operations Wing at Hurlburt Field in Florida made a hard landing in Selma. None of the crew members were injured.

A PC-12 from the 1st Special Operations Wing at Hurlburt Field in Florida made a hard landing in Selma.

The pilots were on a training missing when they had to put their plane down in an attept to avoid a crash. They made the hard landing around 2:15 at a civilian airport. No one was injured.

The PC-12 is used to train crews to provide support for special operations forces.

A board of officers will investigate the incident. The Air Force says additional details will be released as they become available.
