Police have arrested the Florida man wanted for setting his girlfriend on fire.Deputies with the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office arrested Harold Haynes during a traffic stop on Farmer Street and Stillwell Boulevard in Crestview around 11:00 a.m.
45-year-old Madeline Miller told deputies that Haynes poured rubbing alcohol on her during a fight Sunday night. She said he then used a cigarette lighter to set her on fire.
Miller is in the hospital being treated for severe burns.
