FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) - A 22-year-old man's arm was cut off
in what authorities called a freak accident in South Florida.
Authorities say that on Saturday man had been riding an inner
tube being dragged by a personal watercraft near the Hillsboro
Inlet. He had wrapped the rope connecting the two around his arm
when a large wave apparently struck the inner tube and the
watercraft. The force of the wave tightened the rope with such
force that it cut through the man's arm.
Pompano Beach Fire-Rescue spokeswoman the man was conscious and
alert after the accident. His name an hometown were not released.
Authorities looked for the man's arm but could not find it.

Man. I wish it was warm enough to go tubing here.

found someplace it was warm enough to go tubing? i am heading down there! (For a visit rose, not to move)

He tied the rope to him to free up his beer drinkin hand…

This is horrible but thankfully it wasn’t his head.

Do you have any idea how many people do? Do you have any idea how many people will get on a riding mower with a child and cause them to lose a part of their body? Never assume everyone is as smart as you. Read the above story.

You don’t say?

Never tie a rope onto any part of your body or that of a child around a piece of equipment that moves or has moving parts. It can suddenly removed little hands that can never be replaced. It is a lot more then an ouch.

OUCH!!
