Eyewitness News also learned that the child found could have suffered terrifying last moments. Investigative sources told Eyewitness News duct tape was found still stuck to the child’s mouth.

Geez, I’m afraid this is going to be worse than I originally thought.  My hunch was that it was a drug overdose caused by Casey.  This is sounding much more sinister.

Guess we will be stuck watching old Geraldo over the weekend.  Ever since that vault thing, I can’t help but think of him as some type of cartoon character.

One of the last pictures or videos of Caylee was that visit she had with her old grand paw.  To me she always looked a little frightened in that picture and did not want to leave.  No telling what all that crazy Casey did to that child.

Before I left for work this morning I saw Geraldo on Fox & Friends.  He is in Orlando and he said he couldn’t go into detail, but good sources tell him they are looking at another person’s involvement with this.  I think he said “he” may have been complicit in whatever happened to Caylee.  Could some boyfriend have gotten tired of Caylee being around?

Bama, agree with you about the sociopath/borderline personality DO. I will add these soul-less individuals are extremely slick unless you have someone paying attention and calling them. Also, I think the apple may not fall far from the tree. Casey got away with her behavior this long… Someone is supporting her lies. There is a huge difference between the smell of a squirrel and a decomposing body. Pizza box, come on… Her parents may not have done the disappearing but they are helping cover up. I think it’s pretty narcissistic of them to force Casey to keep her daughter.

Too many of these cases get throught the cracks. I hope this is not one of them.

This is a very sad situation.  I think Casey is basically a sociopath that has always only been concerned about what she thought was best for her.  She probably only got pregnant in order to exercise leverage over some guy.  Only problem was that there were too many guys and paternity was always at question and changed as needed.

As soon as Casey started talking about putting Caylee up for adoption, the grandparents should have intervened instead of insisting that she couldn’t.  There was a disconnect within Casey that could not allow her to have normal maternal feelings for the child.  Everyone would have been much better off if little Caylee had gone to a good home and Casey jumped in the ocean.
