Inmate Takes Out The Trash & Then Takes Off

Florida Pensacola  The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office is looking for 39-year-old Scott Hagen.

The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office is looking for an escaped inmate.

Deputies say 39-year-old Scott Hagen was working in the garage at the Sheriff's Office Thursday. He took out the trash around 1:15 p.m. and was never seen again. Deputies noticed Hagen was missing around 1:30 p.m. and conducted a search. They didn't find Hagen, but they did find his jail issued clothing. Deputies also noticed a pair of blue jeans was missing.

Hagen is 5’11”, 150 lbs, with brown hair and a very noticeable receding hair line. If you see Hagen or know where to find him, please call the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office at 850.436.9620, Crime Stoppers at 850.433.7867, or 911.
