Why would one want the government to regulate customer service?  That’s our job as citizens, just don’t go back and don’t recommend the establishment. Complain to manager, call the 1-800 numbers for the franchise and make sure they understand the complaint.  But to call because they are out of cola or lemonade is something the store might not be able to help, delivery truck late, supplier mistake or one of many reasons.  I’m not defending bad service, I and my wife will complain to management if we feel we aren’t treated in a manner we deserve for choosing their establishment

ok. I know this call was stupid but has any1 thought of having a better business bureau with some actual power over the crappy service you get sometimes. It would solve a lot of these problems and create some more honest and ethical business’s again.

I’m out of coffee.  Should I call 911?

Well it certainly was about time to panic if it took over thirty minutes to get your Pizza and hot wings!Maybe we should get an enhanced 911 hot line to help locate lost Pizza drivers.MAN! I bet Col.Custer would have been proud to see THE PIZZA MAN popping up over one of those hills, coming to the rescue.

BamaBob:  The sad thing of it is the pizza drivers drive faster than the police, LOL.  When I see a Domioes sign on top of a car I get out of the way.  I can see it now, cop in pursuit of the Pizza Guy and the pizza guy out runs and out manuvers the police.

Yesterday it took over thirty minutes for the pizza guy to get here.  Should I have called 911?

Good one Carl, wonder how long it will take for someone to try that???  Can you imagine the look on the dispatchers face?  I would be priceless.

HELLO 911! McDonalds didn’t give me my apple pie I ordered! Could I get a patrol car go by there and bring it to me before I get through eating.—- I think I could think of a few ways to make that 911 call very expensive for such people.

OMG I have heard it all.  I mean it is one thing for kids to call 911 with trivial stuff, I know we had a kid call 911 shortly after they had a program at his school about 911.  Anyway the little boy called 911 and wanted to now how much to feed his puppy.  It was cute and the dispatcher helped him out but also told him only to call for an emergency….  I guess the puppy was hungry and he thought that was an emergency, LOL.  But seriously a 66 year old woman gripping about them being out of Lemonade????  Get a grip people…....  This one is only topped by the drunk who called 911 because the clerk wouldn’t sell him any more beer.  Geez
