I’m not arguing with you dougstech-but you CLEARLY cannot see YOUR previous posting history. LE-bad cop-hang ‘em, no jury, no judge-even if just “accused” as in the DV scenario. Bad cop-always in the wrong-as in the shooting of the officer. Do you EVER think cops do good, or is it just a personal problem with you?

I was one of the first to say that the estranged LE wife who was DUI should have been arrested and convicted,based on the information given. I did not defend her because she is a ex-LE wife (though I thought that information was irrelavent to the story)-BUT you jumped ALL OVER it BECAUSE she was a former LE wife.

Comments are being made on the info available here and in other articles. If you KNOW more info-then please share. BUT,it is a PROVEN fact that people who abuse/torture animals, move on to bigger “prey” in their lifetimes. That being said, IF he is guilty-and so far the reports indicate that is a strong possibility-then he DESERVES way more than a slap on the wrist. Would you not agree?

Are you serious?!?! Wow the press was actually doing him a favor by not posting his actual mugshot. I thought the first picture was disturbing, the actual mugshot looks like he is just laughing it off. If this kid was not guilty and was being arrested for something he did not do wouldn’t you think that he would look a little more serious or upset? I mean the look on this kids face says to me, ” What a joke you guys are. Do you really think I am not going to do this again? Look, now everyone is going to know who I am!” What a creep. I have never been arrested or done anything remotely close to getting arrested, but I remember when I was 16 and I got my first and last speeding ticket. I was so nervous my hands were shaking. If someone put me in cuffs for something I did not do, I sure as H** would not be smiling or laughing!

If a picture is worth 1,000 words his actual mug shot may be worth 1,001.

Supposedly that photo is from his drivers license…His Mug shot is even more disturbing.

Why would you smile in a mug shot. This is a jail picture not a school picture. This kid is going to jail….. I don’t see anything to smile about!!!

“Legal” innocence or guilt will be decided by a jury after all the facts are presented.  I think we all respect that and would keep an open mind as a juror.  But, we are just commented on the story that has been published in the media and the punk kid looks pretty guilty given what we know.

I agree. Dougstech, you are so quick to judge on any aspect of what any LE employee does, but yet you always want to defend the accused. If he was innocent why would he be smiling in the mugshot, if that is his mugshot? It is not like the cops went driving down the road and went hmmmm, he looks like someone that would do this. Just judging by his picture I would not expect him to do something like that. You were so quick to jump and judge on what the officer was doing when he got GUNNED down by that teen, but no one can say how they feel on anything that does not have to do with LE. You are being so hypocritical. Go ahead put it in front of a jury and a judge. We are not saying that everyone that is accused is guilty.  So go head and keep being so hostile towards the people that are out there trying to get the disgusting people that do things like this off of the streets and defending the people that are committing these disgusting crimes. Oh another point. If Seek believed everything that she read wouldn’t she have believed that that teen was just “defending” himself when he shot that Officer? If I can recall she was quick to see that he was full of it.

Dougstech….When he was arrested it states that the police were trying to find out if he had accomplices,which means they probably know a little more than they let on,but doesn’t make him guilty at this point.You’re beating a (Dead Horse)suggesting we shouldn’t comment until we have all the facts,at this time all of us including you can only comment with the information that is available,if there are any other facts or information it could be weeks before it’s known.
I don’t really believe any of us are really saying this guy is guilty,in my case like I said I go by the available info.,and if this info.is true I hope they hang this guy from the nearest tree.
