Earlier on Wednesday, investigators issued a bolo, be on the lookout, for her because they had questions.
She was located at a marina in Orange Beach.
She and her attorney drove to the Escambia County Sheriff's Office.
The sheriff says Wiggins had a business connection with the man they believe was the ringleader of the crime, Leonard Patrick Gonzalez Junior.
Authorities say she was his landlord and a family friend.
Byrd and Melanie Billings were shot and killed last Thursday night in their Beulah, Florida home.
Authorities say seven men drove to their property. Five of them dressed in black clothes and invaded the home. The couple was shot and killed with nine of their children inside the home. Investigators say a motive was robbery, but there could be more motives.
The sheriff says the case is complex.
