The Coast Guard says the man's co-workers on the Carnival
Sensation reported him falling overboard around 1 a.m. Thursday.
A jet, two helicopters and two patrol boats were searching the
waters about 20 miles east of Vero Beach for the man. The cruise
ship was also assisting in the search.
Carnival Corp., the world's largest cruise operator, is based in
Miami. The Carnival Sensation makes three and four-day cruises to
the Bahamas out of Port Canaveral on the east coast of central
Florida.
