Alternative logic:why would one person want to look at the pictures on another person’s cell phone? What drives one to do that? What if someone found your cell phone and placed child porn pictures on it. If you were arrested for it after you got it back, would you be able to defend yourself?

Yes, i do think that.  You are no better than the liberal media, you took the first chance you can to bash bush, over a story that has NOTHING to do with bush, politics, or national security.  And if bush or Obama want to tap my phone, and I TRULY believe by doing so it will protect AMERICANS, by all means tap away.  The though process you use to relate this story to an ability to bash bush, is what I was complaining about, why do liberals want to bash him EVERY chance they get?

“Johnathan[sic]Swift” is actually spelled “Jonathan Swift”, and I would not take his writings literally; especially that mentioned in “A Modest Proposal”. His writings were meant to be a clever smart-alec response and solution for all of the poor Irish people having multiple children, and preventing the children from becoming a chore or burden on the parents(pre-birth control). Anyway, I would not look for this guy to be put away for more than 6 months or so. After all, he was arrested in the South, and they’d rather lock up chicken fighters and marijuana smokers than those who TRULY pose a threat to society.
