ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - The mother of slain central Florida toddlerCaylee Anthony will be back in court to ask a judge to stop the
public release of evidence in her case.
Casey Anthony will ask a judge Monday to halt the release of
online photos and a jailhouse video of her reacting to the news
that her daughter's remains had been found.
Casey Anthony has been charged with her daughter's murder. She
claimed that Caylee was kidnapped by a baby sitter and has pleaded
not guilty.
Casey Anthony's attorney argues that the online photos are
unrelated to the case and would be embarassing to his client. The
attorney also argues that releasing the jailhouse video would taint
a potential jury pool.
